I went to collect my prescription.The pharmacist shouted down that there was no such thing as a repeat prescription. He was extremely rude and ignorant.

Chaotic. Has got worse in the last few months. My repeat prescription is overdue and as I have no car I must visit by taxi just to see if it is ready. If not I will wait there until someone makes it up. Thus causing the usual queue which never used to happen

Went in the store yesterday for some flu tablets and was shocked at the poor customer service. I was served by a 'Team Leader' called Katie who didn't make eye contact or conversation.
