Called to make an appointment to register the death of a family member who banked at Lloyds, told by the fall centre "this branch doesn't do appointments to deal with bereavements".Ridiculous.

Closed again and now no cash in the ATM.They are as useful as a chocolate teapot.Seems I may once again be obliged to change bank.Very inconvenient and most annoying.
