Includes the post office. It’s a reasonable version of the store we know up and down the country. Smiths on the high street isn’t what it used to be, but it’s nice they are still present even if no longer a go to store

WHSmith post office staff pathetic today. Saturday lunchtime closed for 90mins due to alleged staff shortages yet there are 3 of them just stood there, there are no customers…. The place is like a graveyard!

Came in town today. There was one gentleman with a beard and curly hair on the post office. He was the only member of staff in the whole store. He needs to be paid 3 times as much as he gets paid because he was doing everything and not only that he was absolutely fantastic at his job and his customer service was still faultless.... read full comment
