For the love of god, have somebody else dealing with customers. The whole process is so slow, the staff are polite enough but move at the speed of a striking slug. The same sign about being short staffed today has been up for as long as I've been going in there.

Rude. Tried to call prior to picking up my prescribed meds but always put the phone down in a busy mode after it rang for few times.

Booked the chicken pox vaccine for my 2 year old online, received a confirmation email, turned up and they didn't know about the booking, the pharmacist was on holiday and they didn't have the vaccine in stock.
