Staff are lovely, but pharmacist to busy in consult room, leaving staff to apologize to all stood around waiting 30mins for meds.No one 8n consult room apart from pharmacist, seems like a usual thing, wouldn't of minded so much but 2nd time queuing for these meds as they had checked off wrong meds last time

Went to collect my prescription was early so waited outside in the real world, all staff inside getting ready ect come 9am me and a few others waiting walked in to be told another few minutes! Why it was 9am took a glance at their clock they have it running 10 mins behind!! Unbelievable couldn't believe what i was witnessing...

From The Blackbrook Pharmacy
The Blackbrook Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy located next door to the Taunton Vale Medical Centre in Lisieux Way. We bought the existing pharmacy adjacent to the medical centre and opened on January 31st 2022.
We are a local pharmacy, locally owned and all the team live in Taunton. We are looking forward to meeting the existing pharmacy customers and will welcome any new faces. We will be offering a full range of pharmacy services, including dispensing prescriptions, providing advice, NHS Minor Ailments, Dossett boxes and a home delivery service. We will be stocking a full retail range of medical and non-medical goods.
As a new business, we want to make sure we are offering the services that our local community needs.
