Brilliant staff so helpful and polite . Man on trainers was excellent. Manager very good with problem I had. Restored my faith in sports direct . Will definitely travel to Taunton next time instead of mine in Bristol. Well done everyone Upstairs in this store ?

Customer service was absolutely abysmal. Waited nearly 30 minutes with an autistic 2 year old for ANYONE to help, after asking 3 different members of staff. Won't be buying from here again for my son.
