Absolute incompetence. Not even worth one star. You get charged for what you didn't ask for. Ask for proof of postage and it will be signed for. Get charged for small parcel when it is large letter etc etc.And 'they cannot change it' when you point it out. They claim they cannot accept prepaid postage like from ebay. They...
