I brought flip flops unfortunately one of them was a smaller size! I didn't have a receipt but rang in to see if I could exchange them I thought I wouldn't be able to without it! But I spoke with a lovely lady called Charlie and she had the problem solved and another pair of flip flops waiting for me for when I got there!... read full comment

Always good, plenty of choice. The Taunton branch is a particularly well laid out, spacious and well presented shop.
