When I tried to pay in a cheque at the machine it wouldn’t take it, I told the woman at the help desk and she didn’t offer to try, she just told me to queue in an extremely long queue to pay it in at the counter. No personal service at all, the lady at the counter was lovely. Aug 1st 23 AM

I switched from Lloyds to Nationwide a couple of years ago because Lloyds staff refuse to accept some people don't like to use machines when humans are available. Glad I switched all the staff in this branch are really friendly and helpful.

Brilliant service in the face of all the restrictions. Pleasant and helpful staff who were faultless in the face of people queuing and needing help.
