The coffee was poor today, very little flavour at all and the queue in here is always really slow. Close to 20 minutes to get served - the queue in here is always really slow moving.
It's a shame as I used to like going here but I'll be avoiding it in future.

Lovely old building staff were ok but too quiet and no atmosphere at all.

Unique tudor building well located. At Nero I prefer to order the americano or mocha. As others have commented if you look too closely or visit the toilets you’ll find it is a bit grubby + overdue a refurb.
