Need to fix the car wash its doing a poor job , no dry cycle either ..i paid for ultimate wash

Supposed to open at 8 a.m. on a Sunday. Five past eight and the gates are still locked. Guy chilling at the tills. Another Sainsbury's worker strolls past me towards the Kiosk with not a care in the world. I waited a few more minutes and went elsewhere. Either lazy or incompetent practices.
