Today I had an absolute nightmare with an amazon parcel and the 3 staff that were working today, were so helpful and patient with me.Fiona has always been helpful and friendly.Thank u all so much

On my visit today 28th July I could not believe how rude some of the people in the queue were all because a lady who was in fact being severed was talking to the lady behind the counter saying she was clueless about everyone waiting.
