Used this shop every morning for 20 years. Now I get greeted by a very passive aggressive grey haired woman, and when I walk in, slams things down on the side and sighs as loud as possible. Won’t step foot in there again. Bring back Sharon!

I was served by a delightful gentleman this evening, who pointed out my trifle had a hole in it. Showed excellent customer service as I went to get another one, by keeping the next person in line engaged. I thought that was great this evening.
