The staff are good. Clarks as a store though was a bit of a let down. No sizes left for the young men for school shoes. Had to spend £50 on some shoes from the mens section for my boy instead. They do not have anything for men over a size 12 regular. So you size 14's out there need not bother.. Pretty poor showing for... read full comment

Excellent experience. We booked a fit and measure appointment and the lady who helped us was wonderful, knowledgeable and patient as we tried on multiple different shoes to find the right ones for me 13 and 14 year old.

I'm confused about this place. I thought it was supposed to be an outlet, but the school shoes were labelled up as the same price as online(£44). There is very little selection for children's school shoes, just the same design over and over.Good staff though that are friendly and measure well.
