Great place for shoes etc if you have swollen feet/ankles

I took a pair of shoes back to this place which had a broken lace loop. The shoes (£210) were less than 3 weeks old. I was told that I'd caused the damage by catching the lace loop on something or by overtightening the laces. I hadn't done either. Very poor service from someone who didn't really care that I had a problem.... read full comment

Shop specialising in clothes and footwear for larger men. Quite expensive though.
