The staff at Costa were really helpful and friendly they even recommended a new vegan cake to me.Abby and staff made me feel really welcome and I definitely enjoyed my experience there. 5/5 for the staff. The two ladies serving were lovely. Can't believe they have to put up with all that drilling noise all day5/5 for the appearances for the hot chocolates1/5 my daughter and I had sore stomach's for the rest of the day so something wasn't right
