Simon is incredibly helpful and his service is both fast and efficient. He diagnosed a problem battery on my Bosch e-mtb and had a new one on site and set up really quickly at a very reasonable price. It’s a pleasure doing business with someone who is so enthusiastic about what he does.

Contacted Simon about a problem I had with my dropper post remote. That very same day, Simon collected my bike, fixed the problem, and handed the bike back to me. Incredibly fast service and well priced. Will be using again.

Tuned Cycles is a small cycle service and repair centre situated near Minehead, on the edge of the Exmoor National Park.
We have a Parktool equipped workshop as well as all the required diagnostic equipment to work on both Bosch and Shimano Steps powered eBikes.
Our technician is Cytec, MIAS, and Park Tool qualified.
