I usually really like it here and have visited a few times. Unfortunately at my most recent visit, after clearly specifying that I was vegan, I was served non-vegan coleslaw and potato salad. I only realised afterwards so rung the cafe to clarify, they were apologetic but made lots of excuses and didn’t offer a refund...

I have had similar experiences with the lady in the shop when it comes to posting parcels. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. I am sorry she hates that part of her job so much but I just can’t see past the terrible attitude. I drive to Somerton One Stop to send my parcels now because it’s always a far more pleasant experience...
