I ordered a £300 car seat from this company. It has not arrived. I cannot get through via the phone and I am not getting any answer to my emails. This must be a scam.

I placed and order 15 days ago and I don't know anything about my item, emailed them and called every day this week and it have been impossible to speak with someone... I think I have been scammed....

Bad experience, they do not deliver on time, not really sure if they will deliver yet. They delete costumer bad comments on their social media and blame the supplier of the product for any problem or delay.
