Lovely shop the staff are very helpful and friendly, I have been in twice now and every time they have had what I needed in stock and ready to go. If you need anything for your new baby I would highly recommend checking if baby & co have it and ordering through them. The staff are very knowledgeable about all of the products they stock and are not pushy for sales just good friendly advice.

I don't know anything about babies but use this shop for gifts for parents and they are always very helpful with suggestions for what babies of certain ages need and like, and they don't make me feel foolish for asking

Really helpful, knowledgable staff, not pushy and willing to go over lots of different pram systems and car seats (they have a wide variety in store) with us to help us make a decision on what is the best for us. Abi set up a car seat for us in our car so we could see if and how it fits, and reassured us that they will show us again how to set it up, along with pram folding etc when the baby arrives. Baby & Co are also happy to store the items until we are ready to collect them- meaning we have more time to get sorted at home without bulky travel systems taking up space! The warranty also only starts when the items leave the shop, which is also excellent. Will definitely recommend Baby & Co to other families (and in fact already have done!)

Friendly staff who are happy to show you around and demonstrate the pushchairs to you. They also allow you to put your little one in the pushchair to check its suitable. No issues in them allowing me to put a double buggy into the boot of my car to check that it fits. Limited parking directly outside the shop, but small multi storey car park literally 1 - 2 minute walk away. Will visit again.

The advice and guidance we received from Abbie at Baby & Co last weekend was invaluable. We spent a couple of hours deciding between prams and car seats and she gave us loads of helpful info/things to consider which we'd not even thought of, but also space to weigh up all our options.It was really refreshing that we weren't feeling pushed towards the newest most expensive models and it felt like we received a very honest service from Abbie who made the whole experience feel much less overwhelming, we are really pleased with our purchases.Also worth mentioning that we compared prices online and the bundle we went for came in £30 cheaper than anywhere online. Excellent service all round.

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered a car seat on the 2nd September and it has still not been dispatched. The lack of communication has been utterly disgusting, I?ve had to ring 5 times so far for an update for the customer service ladies to say each time ?it?ll be another 7-10 working days? or ?give it till next Wednesday and you?ll receive a phone call to arrange delivery? No apologies, NOTHING.I have NOT received any communication nor any dispatch information. I think this company needs to hold their heads in shame as to why they are misleading customers with the delivery times, but also not emailing to explain there is a massive delay. This is so unprofessional especially paying so much money for something and your treated like this.I have learnt my lesson and will not be shopping here again.
