The staff are great ( the stars are for them) but the Company-reduced opening hours are a huge disappointment. For pensioners who cannot use their bus pass before 9.30 it seems really unhelpful and creates queues. in fact all Royal Mail services seem worse since privatisation - I had Christmas cards arriving in January... read full comment

The Royal mail is the worst service known to man. All other companies seem to get parcels delivered. And only opening between 8am and 10am shows they don't care about customers. Shameful
