The shop layout and everything is all fine - great even. Just what you would expect. The reason for my rating was the horrible customer service we recieved. First we went to the automatic checkout. We were the only ones in the store and we first noticed the pen that said 7.99 back in the pen aisle said 8.99 on the checkout.... read full comment
