Miss sold me my load and added extra interest on even though it was not in my contract. I have now filed a claim against them. Do not use. Avoid at all costs. They have now put me in extremely difficult financial difficulties

I don't even have a loan with them and they harrass me constantly. Multiple phone calls a day, trying to tell me about a loan in arrears and giving me different figures every time. Just trying to get money from people

Had my loan 3 years and never had a problem, never harrassed, called them today for a settlement and requested a call back, got it with in 1 hour, 10 minutes after i got my settlement and was paid off straight away, helpful on the call sent a email confirming it was settled, guarantor never been contacted apart from a letter...
