Friendly helpful staff , great range of products .

Fabulous shop with great friendly shop floor staff, but Im refusing to use the self checkout, it always goes wrong, takes longer and I’d much prefer to talk to the lovely till staff while packing, bring back more friendly staff at the tills please!!

Nice store and lovely staff, definitely.not impressed with do it yourself tills. If I choose to spend money at a store I expect the courtesy of of being.g valued enough to have a person do the transaction. I do not get paid for working for waitrose nor do I enjoy any of the staff perks or am allowed to use their facilities.... read full comment
