Whoever I spoke to in the pharmacy was dismissive and clearly couldn’t have cared less. She couldn’t wait to get off the phone.

Here’s an idea …. See that thing with the buttons on with numbers on them? …. Well that’s called a telephone when it makes a ringing sound you’re meant to pick the other part of it up and speak into it and maybe give an idea when or if vital medication is going to arrive …. Just an idea
