The staff did a marvellous job of cleaning my thermal padded coat which got covered in thick, slimy mud when I slipped down a muddy bank recently. It took a couple of deep cleans, but it now looks like new. A BIG thank you to AYS for saving my coat which I thought was a write-off.

I took a huge bag of laundry to be cleaned at short notice.The lady in the shop gave exceptional customers service, communicated by phone when there was a problem and offered up solutions.I came to pick up the washing just after they had officially closed, but she was still there and handed me a lovely bag of clean clothes,...

I am very pleased with the work done to fix a nasty tear around a coat button hole. (A less competent repair could have looked a mess) This one is hardly noticeable.Friendly & professional staff.
