Had a delivery today somethings were fine and price was good! The timber however is utter rubbish the 4x2 was soaking wet and had clearly been sat in water for months the knots were rotten wood spongy and bent this is c24 treated timer! Utterly hopeless! Feel like I'm talking a different language talking to the staff here. I'm 20 years as a site agent, I know suppliers and materials... Shame that this branch of Jewsons employees people that look like they're more interested in chatting to each other than understanding the industry and/or the materials... read full comment
