Appalling. For years there have been long queues at the pharmacy counter. No effort to speed things up. How about opening a second pharmacy till, Boots?

On the retail side always helpful and cheerful!On the pharmacy side...can be mix ups and delays but that's every pharmacy for you, they are super reliable for advice and sorting issues in a timely manner

Not customer friendly. The phone is seldom answered and staff unhelpful. Would recommend using other local chemist and hope this place gets closed down and taken over by an independent who cares
