I have had trouble collecting a parcel from this branch .Was told they never had time to check parcels in as they had other things to do . Not really a thing to say to a customer.

Have had several problems with collecting orders from this particular branch.I had two orders split into 2 halves twice now (one was 3 items in 2 collection messages as the item was out of stock and the second was 4 items again in different notifications to collect). Reserved a product online that was collect same day. Paid and then it showed collect tomorrow. Store said even though they had it in back they wouldn’t get it as “missed the cut off”. Nice to know you have helpful staff
