Just plain rude in my opinion, I came to the door at 1pm and there were customers in there so I assumed all was fine only to have the woman behind the counter run to the door, shove me out and slam the door and lock it on me. Your online opening hours should be updated according to your tatty opening hours list on the door. The pharmacist has a most unpleasant demeanour, no points to her for customer care, saved by other more pleasant staff. A Boots I’d totally avoid except emergencies.

Phoned this morning to see if my husband's prescription was ready. Told it was but needed to be checked by the pharmacist and would be half an hour.
