The staff are amazing in the post office and store. They are so kind and caring especially towards my elderly parents on a daily basis, The post office itself is so convenient and open later each day than the near by main post office and not everyone is aware of this excellent service provided, by the friendly staff here.

What a waste of time this Post Office is and would like give it no stars. I went there to collect an Amazon parcel and even though I was there 15 minutes before their advertised closing time and I could see my parcel, they would not give it me, despite 2 staff being behind the counter. Now I have to wait from Saturday lunchtime...
