Everything fine, except for the blonde foreign lady I asked for help, seemed to be massively inconvenienced by me asking for a certain shoe size. Never been served with such an attitude, I was absolutely shocked. She was rude, abrupt, and huffed & puffed when she brought us the wrong size. You’d think she worked in Gucci...

I wanted to buy a pair of runners, waiting for staff for assistance asked twice. If it was busy, I would have understood, but it was very quiet, staffs don't bother to service at all, staff just standing talking to each other.
