Absolutely brilliant service. 1st night I was woken early by children. To be fair, they were not being naughty, just excited. Mary on reception moved and upgraded me to 3rd floor. Very uncomfortable bed, too soft. Struggled to sleep and woke up with backache. Everything else was great.

Another good night's sleep. Didn't eat in took advice from other reviews and went to the White Willow. Busy and noisy but food good. Breakfast at Premier Inn was excellent.
