The Customer Service was definitely outstanding and friendly.The Optometrist (Sinead) who did my eye examination was thorough but I felt was a little rushed, sharp in response and didn't particularly take in some of the information I gave her.

I waited 5 months for an eye test. They have cancelled 2 appointments last minute due to Covid. They didn`t offer a 3rd appointment not that I`d want one as they obviously don`t take Covid seriously.
