The pharmacist working today went above and beyond after being referred by 111. He even went and looked around the shop for vics. Very pleased with the service he provided.

Was sent by 111 from NHS for 3 tick bites, Asian man said nothing is wrong with you, it’s just an allergic reaction and my knee was red.Couple weeks later I finally manage to get appointment with GP and they say Lyme disease.
