Almost 8 days after ordering and being promised next day delivery, then next day delivery and today promised tomorrow - it has still not arrived. Disgusting! My sister bought a £800 fridge freezer from Argos 3 months ago. They promised to deliver it today and told her in advance to clean the old fridge-freezer as they will deliver it between 12-3PM. Texted her 6 times that she will deliver it today, when it went past 3PM and noticed she wasn't getting any messages... read full comment

Never had an issue within this specific Argos store, they always seem to have a good team dynamic here, sad to see it go / transfer to the Sainsbury's premises and address. Not sure if I will be able able to access the same level of committed and efficient customer service within Sainsbury's, thank you Argos team!
