I visited the Bath store today with my daughters and was very well looked after by assistant 125 Molly. Molly was very polite and extremely helpful and couldn’t do any more for us.I bought two pairs of shoes and will visit again.Thank you.

Staff were standing in the middle huddled up gossiping like it was a bad 90s high school movie. I get we all need to let off steam but it's every time I go, I don't see why they need so many staff just for shoes and I can see it makes other customers uncomfortable and leave.It's a shame, this is my favourite shoe shop but...
