For the second weekend in a row, the Post Office only had one member of staff running all three services: travel money, post office counter and the self serve area. I had previously reviewed the post office and given 5 stars! I am absolutely outraged having visited there today to have an ID verification page signed! The teller who was quite sweet queried the process of verification and called over a lady who appeared to be the supervisor. This lady did not make eye contact when speaking... read full comment

I went to the Travel Money/Business window at approximately 15:30 on Monday, October 9, 2023. The lady at the window told me she was closed and I would have to wait in the queue.
