Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The shop is a great example of 19th interior commercial design. I would recommend this department store for all types of clothes & household items.

I went in and picked up 2 items. One had a price tag attached of £18. Took it to the till and it came up at £40. I said no look £18 clearly. She said i cant sell it to you for that.She said not first time today this has happened. They should of honoured the price. Disgusting

My Partner ordered a pair of gloves online to be delivered to the Southgate Shop for collection. We live in Northants.
