I’d like to put in a good word for Alice at the Bath Nationwide branch, who I spoke to a couple of weeks ago after losing my phone and bank card. She was as empathetic and understanding as she was practically helpful in this situation, and it made me feel much better than when I came in. Though my belongings never showed...
