Nice big restaurant plenty of seats upstairs and a few downstairs. The service is a bit slow when it’s busy but it’s a city centre McDonald’s that’s expected. There’s a disabled toilet but it’s not kept locked under radar key so it gets abused and the toilets upstairs are pretty gross and stinky.

Waited 2 hours for our family takeaway order, but when we called for an update, it turns out they never took our order in the first place, even though it was paid for via Deliveroo. Disgusting. Family went to bed hungry that night.
