Big queue as grocery area didn't open tills until 11. Won't be visiting on Sunday morning again.

Great location in the middle of Bath. The cafe is always busy and full of customers.

Having a quiet look around and was nitrally followed around the store. Immediately pounced upon by an assistant pressuring me to buy items that don't suit me etc. Don't appreciate being pounced upon. Was going to buy a few things but actually walked out. So well done m&s lost a loyal customer
