Beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds but totally let down by the staff's rude demeanour & frustration at helping their guests. Started on arrival & continued throughout our stay - highly frustrating in a '5 star hotel'. A shame as facilities are wonderful & location is superb.

Wonderful, in the heated pool & X 3 sauna rooms highly recommended . A lovely place for a relaxing experience ??
