Very disappointed with the service I received, especially as I have been a loyal customer for years. My car had a serious fault with the gear box and they gave me a nearly 2 month wait and also wanted to charge me £79 just for a diagnosis. I found another ford garage in Westbury who managed to book me in straight away, diagnose the issue for free, give me a hire car for free and also fit a new gear box for free within 24 hours. I will be using Westbury Ford for my servicing from now on.

An excellent experience again at Kia Bath for my annual service and MOTI had received notification from Kia days before that the car needed to be recalled as there may be a potential issue with an oil filterThe garage managed to add this requirement and complete this work during the same visit.The timescale of 6 hours given for the work was accurate and the car was returned cleaned inside and outThanks again to Laurence and all the service team

Left the car for it's 2nd ever service. Had not had any issues in the previous 12 months. After a couple of hours I got a phone call from the service dept saying "that when changing the oil the thread on the sump had stripped. This happens sometimes as it is aluminium and therefore softer metal," I was told. I was also told by Emma that it cost me an extra £500+ on top of the service and they would need it a further 24hrs. I naturally protested that this must be either tightened too tightly last year when they serviced it or it was a design fault but either way not my problem. My car was in danger of being kidnapped if I did not authorise the work to be done. So backed into a corner I agreed for them to do the work. When I went to collect my car Emma was not there. The final bill was for the service plus a sump plug. Value £10 . I paid in full and queried what had happened. I was given the same explanation for the nut as for the sump but could not get a satisfactory answer as to why I got the phone call I did the previous day. Having paid I even had to go and hunt for car in their upper car park. No offer to bring it round for me despite having just handed them £200 of my hard earned cash.

Very poor service, had to keep chasing parts only to be told the department would call me back once in, then got an automated booking in date. No communication.We were advised 2 days for the work to be carried out, at no point during this time or after could we speak to anyone at Ford to find out when we could collect our vehicle ( was on hold stating I was 1st in the queue for 40 mins before giving up and trying another department, escalated this to the manager and was simply ignored), when we turned up to Ford Garage we were ignored by a couple of guys at desks and one in a suit walking through and then made to wait in line for someone else who seemed pretty busy ( I felt for him - Jordan). Phones were just left ringing (too quiet to annoy the staff to feel they should pick up really in my opinion) I could see whilst I was there how easy it was to ignore my calls now! Unsure what has happened but customer service seems to have gone out the window at Bath. We used to always get Swindon picking up on their behalf, seems that they no longer feel they need to do this themselves. We will not be returning unless we have no other choice but to do so. Very poor.

Allen Ford Bath is as any Car dealer, great when buying. We have had a few issues with the vechile and I can sometimes be sympathetic to this, but never the poor, slow to communicate service we recieved to rectify these issues and the lack of keeping the customer informed.

Very friendly service. Car booked in early so dropped it off at 9.30am. Was told by the bookings lady at head office when I booked it in that it would be ready by 2pm but it wasn't ready until after 5pm. Laurence, the service advisor apologised profusely and said that over 40 jobs had been booked in that day in error. The manager was also very apologetic and looked after me offering me a beverage whilst I waited. He deducted some money off my final bill as he said that he felt Kia had let me down.I felt the customer service was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to book my car in with Kia Bath again in the future.
