Used to be a lovily shop but now it looks cluttered and dirty counter that is for official post office use is covered in junk, no space to sign a form, letter.A once nice shop ? now is more like a hoarder junk shop, staff are learning but still have a long way to go.Improvement neededFront door is filthySince writing this...

I recently went to backwell post office to post a small parcel.The gentleman that out with me was so polite and helpful but there was a problem with my parcel.And it was so professionally dealt with in this day and age their customer service was superb

This is a Post Office sitting within a retail environment. It offers Foreign Currency, Passport Check and Send, International Driving Permits, and of course, all of the normal Royal Mail / Parcel Force services you would expect from a Main office.
The retail side has newspapers, magazines, confectionery, tobacco products and chilled drinks. As a Post Office we do have a wide selection of stationery and packaging for all jobs.
