Complete mongs told them to leave the parcel in my safe place 3 days in a row and still didn't put It there also opening times are stupid especially for people who work

Extremely poor service, the opening hours are rubbish and makes it almost impossible for a lot of people that work or dissabled people that rely on a bus pass to get there before 10am. Also the contact number is not a telford number it's a 0845 number and virtually uncontactable. Vary poor service
