Poor and slow service. Only one self service machine and counter window is rarely open. Lots of staff walking around looking busy but never serving customers it seems

My wife came in here Friday 21st October to get a bank statement stamped by the branch to prove it had been printed in-house and therefore that it is a genuine statement. The lady she spoke to played dumb for half hour and purposely went out her way to pretend to not know what she was on about even after being shown examples... read full comment
