the service is rude, they don't speak English, waiting time for refueling is 10 minutes

Totally crap please, tray drop off my parcel but lady said me it’s too late 6:10pm, on fedex side I can drop till 7pm. After no nice speaking said me that parcel is too heavy, it’s definitely up to 8kg, his got scala on hand ?. Can collect today but it’s to heavy after 6pm, ??. This place it’s horrible

Wish i knew about the issues with delivering parcels for collection here…had a parcel refused delivery here and it was important - it was refused because it was “too big” (even though i had another parcel delivered there a week prior which was just as big).
