Paid for next day delivery on an item so I waited in for the item . Nice of the sorting office to reduce its collection opening times from 8am to 10am on weekdays but not put that information anywhere except on the gate when you arrive. Both Google and the Royal Mail website states it is open until 2pm. Getting their act together to update these would mean the dozen plus people alone that... read full comment
