Bit of a inconvenience to have no staff upstairs when looking for shoes as I’ve had to walk downstairs to find a member of staff to look for another size, didn’t bother looking at other shoes as I didn’t want to be walking up and down for staff support.

Paid a visit to New Look Telford on mon 27th ,Jan 2025. I returned an item that did not fit. There were, no staff on till, 2 members of staff mid store chatting to one another, one of who, asked another member of staff to come to till. Even though she was busy, putting items back on racks.
